Robert Ellis

Robert Ellis has had a career in sales management specializing in high tech start ups that are seeking to enter financial firms on Wall Street. He has been an Account Manager for the Wall Street Financial sector, Sales Director, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition, he was Senior Managing Director for East, an international consulting firm specializing in teaching Americans how to gain market access into Japan and Southeast Asia. He has conducted corporate training for audiences at ATT, Reuters, MCI and companies in the medical and high technology areas.

He is also a college professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University teaching European history. He is writing a book on the connections between Roosevelt’s first 100 days and what new CEOs should do during their first three months. He is the author of over a dozen articles and essays ranging from employment policy, Japanese business practices, American writers, European history, and the connection between his amateur career as a boxer and classical pianist. He has studied at Oxford University and The Juilliard School and has M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Rutgers University.
