Schedule

There is no “cookie cutter” approach to leadership studies or rigidity about ILSH programs. Each is custom designed around the client’s own corporate culture and existing approach to leadership development. We work extensively before program delivery to create an effective, focused and lively session based on client research. However, each ILSH module will share some common themes. Each historical figure is paired with a contemporary CEO facing the same challenges. Traits common to all historical leaders in ILSH’s extensive database of hundreds of historical leaders are organized around themes and are then related to contemporary business situations. Broad questions of proper corporate governance and business structure are related to successful historical examples. The aim is always to link the historical with the practical and the contemporary.
